1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is calculated as processing time + transit time:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday

  • Transit Time: 7–9 business days, Monday to Friday

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–11 business days, Monday to Friday

Delivery times may vary due to holidays or carrier delays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update.

  • Approved returns include a free prepaid return label.
